New Balengku Dua Hotel - Adults Only

One of my favourite places ever! I loved Gili Air and staying here made the trip even better. Fantastic service, thanks boys 👍 & Eka ever helpful went beyond today, helping me with the transfer. Very clean, quiet, good facilities, pool etc. Huge breakfast with good choice. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐FIVE STARS. I'll be back🙏

It was like a home away from home! New Balengku dua hotel was warm and inviting. The staff were exceptional! Eka was a very bubbly person who had amazing communication and helped us get from Lombok airport to the resort and back at the end of our stay! She also helped us line up a birthday cake for our friend and her and the staff came out and sang happy birthday too! The breakfasts were delightful also. Would definitely recommend to others.

This wasn't the most luxurious or biggest room we stayed in during our Bali roundtrip, yet it was the place we absolutely loved the most out of all the places we visited. The room and hotel perfectly matched the vibe of the Gili islands, and staying there made us almost feel part of a community instead of being hotel guests. (in a good way :) ) Eka enthusiastically welcomed us from the boat and made us feel at home as soon as we set foot on the island. (Our boat arrived one-hour past schedule, and she was still waiting for us!). The whole staff was super friendly and accommodating and helped us have the best stay possible. The room itself has everything you need: air conditioning, a minibar, towels and beach clothing, fresh water, etc. The bathroom is very clean and big enough. Breakfast was served outside, next to the swimming pool. There were a good number of options, and all the things we tried were deliciously prepared. The pool itself is nicely decorated and is ideal for taking a quick dip after exploring the island or just hanging out by the pool if you want to have a relaxing day. The hotel is located in the island's center, which is excellent for exploring everything on foot. It's a short walk to the port, beaches, bars, and restaurants. They also rent out bikes if needed. This was the highlight of our Bali-Lombok trip and if we ever make it back to the Gili islands, we'll make sure to book here again.

A really wonderful hotel that felt like a luxury experience. Extremely clean and comfortable chalets in a lovely garden, overlooking a nice pool and featuring lots of great details, such as a beach bag, pool and beach towels, slippers and even kimonos. The whole team could not have been friendlier and more accommodating - they did everything to ensure we could really unwind, from the welcome drink and cold towels, excellent breakfast (with lots of options) on the veranda if we wished, and being so helpful when we wanted to extend our stay. A fabulous place on a fabulous island.

Can't fault anything about the place.

The bungalows are cozy and nicely furnished. The pool is great. Everything is clean. The breakfast was sufficient and delicious. Rachel, Eka and the whole team are very warm and helpful.

Unfortunately there was a building site nearby so there was some noise during the day.

Nice and clean, good breakfast and very friendly owners. Makes you feel home!

Everything was good

This newly renovated and reopened hotel is a gem! If you ever find it available go! Best staff!!! We felt like we came for family visit. I have never ever seen hotel that has EVERYTHING you can think of you might need on island stay. From toileteries, hair straightener, huge barel with water in every room, hats, beach sarongs, beach bags, kimono, laundry hand-wash set -you name it! Garden is beautiful, pool refreshing, including fresh towels and sun beds. Bikes rented directly here, they managed also our ferry back, express laundry service. Breakfast is served in hotel patio prepared fresh. You order it day ahead via wspp. All was comfy, fragrant, clean. We loved everything here. Oh and they have cats! :) Junior is the cutest kitty.

The only note I have is for breakfast which takes longer since it’s prepared fresh and served in weird order-we always got our drinks at the very end. The sitting is not very comfy for eating-chairs are higher and you are not able to put legs under the table. But that’s nothing compared to the excellent service ;)

Fantastic little hotel oasis! This is a new gem on Gili Air, book it while you can! The room was absolutely stacked with little details and it felt more like a 5 star hotel than a bungalow on a small island. The bathroom was fully equipped with all the extras you need, like hair drier, shampoo, conditioner and even an hair straightener for the ladies. Lastly, breakfast was superb and the staff very helpful at all times.
