La Piazzetta in centro

It was closish to train station, right near the main street. Really good soundproofing.

Good soundproofing, but can still hear night noise outside. Bed firm.

In het centrum dichtbij de haven om met de ferry naar Cinque Terre te gaan.

Parkeren was erg duur in de aangegeven parkeergarage. Vooraf boeken waarschijnlijk beter. Ook wat lastig met koffers in en uitladen. Let op bij gebruik van google maps dat je net niet goed aankomt. Je moet op het pleintje zijn.

Die Lage der Wohnung war optimal zum Bahnhof und hierdurch zur Cinque Terra, aber auch der Hafen war zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung war gemütlich und groß genug für 2 Personen. Gleichzeitig konnten wir die Wohnung bereits vormittags beziehen, da unsere Ankunft in La Spezia schon sehr früh war.

Uns war zwar klar, das durch die zentrale Lage für die Wohnung eine ruhige Lage nicht zu vermuten war. Aber das nachts zwischen 24.00 Uhr und 4.00 Uhr morgens immer ein Treffen von Menschen in der Nähe der Wohnung draußen stattfand, war mehr als störend. Durch deren Lärm konnten wir nur Schlaf finden mit Hilfe von Ohrenstöpseln. Für diesen Lärm kann der Vermieter natürlich nichts und es wäre kein Wort bei ein oder zwei Tagen wert gewesen. Aber jeden Tag diesen Nachtlärm zu ertragen, war ausschlaggebend für unsere Benotung, die ansonsten besser ausgefallen wäre.

Lokalita, ubytovateľ, čistota, pohodlie, všetko bolo výborne. Na naše predošlé skúsenosti s inými ubytovaniami v krajine toto veľmi pozitívne vynikalo.

Our stay was great! We were able to leave luggage at their shop and go explore before check-in time, loved being able to use the washing machine to clean clothes and enjoyed the layout for this leg of the trip. The rest of our accommodations were hotel rooms. It was nice to spread out!

The keys were a bit confusing but we figured it out. Thanks for having us!!!

Super friendly host and well appointed apartment.

We had a lovely stay in this very clean and comfortable apartment. It is in a great location, close to shops and restaurants and a short walk to the Marina. La Spezia is a beautiful place to spend time and our boat trip to the Cinque Terre was amazing. The apartment host greeted us on arrival and explained how everything worked. I would definitely recommend this apartment for a relaxing stay.
