You get what you pay for; this place is cheap garbage. The room is really small, claustrophobic, and feels both smelly and damp. The entire house is creaky, damp, and broken. There are things leaking out of the bathroom everywhere. I don't understand why this place is considered safe to live in. The whole house has CCTV cameras, and you always feel like the host is watching you (they probably are), so there's no privacy. Also, the host is unkind, unwelcoming, and ungracious. I booked it for 26 days and barely stayed for a week. I don't recommend it unless you are literally broke and have to find the cheapest thing available.

Fraud place. Don't book this place.

This is a fraud place. 1 day before check in I call the host for house number as there is no house number in booking.com. Then he was asking for my ID. Immediately I called to booking.com and asked, is it mandatory to give my Id? Someone from booking.com replied "No". So I denied to give my ID as it's my confidential information. On 4th july I went to the address of Boxroom SB Hatfield RD and called several times to the host for house number. However, He didn't pick the phone and starting chatting with me in the WhatsApp which is suspicious. I told him to come out and see my ID. Finally he didn't give the house number. I was so frustrated and waiting in the road where there was heavy rain and I wet with rain for 2hrs. Immediately I called booking.com and explained the situation and asked for help as I was feeling mentally depressed, waited 2hrs in rain and it's a health and safety issues. From booking.com they advised me to book another place and to send the invoice for new booking.

Some sort of water leakage down into the kitchen after use of the shower, contact person explained this had happened before and would deal with it.

Fantastic value for money, have access to all the appliances you would need to live your life normally during your stay. Owner is friendly and courteous, was easy to contact and was not intrusive at all. Located close to town centre so easy to get where you need to. Room is obviously quite small (is called boxroom) but fine if you are travelling on your own. Absolutely perfect for me :-)

Good value for money, great host and good communication throughout my stay. Highly recommended

Nothing really to b e honest just to fix the leak in the bathroom. Otherwise, the rest is impeccable.
