La Terrazza dell’ODEON

The appartment was freshly renovated, stylize and clean, but also homy. The owner/host was very friendly and showed the best places and good restaurants on the map and also told where not to go.

It seems that Catania is pretty divided. Some places are nice and some are poor and ghettoish. If you want to get off from tourist streets, you pretty fast find your self in places which make you remember that some people have it a lot worse than you.

This was an excellent apartment. The location was brilliant. Francesco was great at communicating, welcoming and extremely helpful. It was kind to have some provisions such as coffees and cake left out for us. It had good air con in the main lounge and one of the bedrooms. The terrace was spacious and the large canopy made it a good space. Also good to have dishwasher and washing machine available.

The water pressure meant the shower in main bathroom was poor but I suspect this is a general issue in the city. It was a great apartment for 4 people with 2 double bedrooms. As we were a group of 6, one couple had to sleep in the mezzanine above the living space which impacted on privacy and noise but if you don't mind this, it was good value.

Heel mooi ingericht en zeer ruim

Alles was perfect, sommige keukengerei ontbrak maar je kan zeker alle gerechten maken als je zelf wilt koken.

Francesco war super nett und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war sehr großzügig geschnitten und es war alles da was man gebraucht hat.

Hier und da könnte in den Bädern etwas ausgebessert, erneuert werden.
