Soundproof is not great. As the door of the room is a basic one, you'll hear rather loudly people passing by in the hallway or coming back late after partying.
ITI was very pleased with my stay at this hotel, in the Centre of Hue. The room was clean and spacious, and the bathroom was convenient with a closed shower box which kept the rest of the bathroom dry. The room had a fridge, kettle, TV and everything I needed. I also appreciated the daily towel service. The staff were incredibly kind, always present and happy to help. They also offer tours and shuttle services (for me it was a private car from Da Nang) at very good prices. Highly recommended!
The only note on the balcony: from the photos of the Deluxe Double Room it seems that there is a balcony where you can go out and be in the open air, but this is not the case, there are just windows.
CAThe front desk manager Ha Vy was exceptional. She checked us in, handled our luggage and made sure we were comfortably settled in our room. Vy also helped us arrange a couple of tours.
Absolutely nothing
AUWe booked a triple room, very spacious, new/renovated. Whisper quiet air con, hot water, comfy bed… perfect!
USThe room was massive! Lots of lighting options, plenty of room for luggage. Bathroom shower had great pressure and hot water. Staff was very friendly. Many stores and restaurants right outside the hotel.
The rooster, but that wasn’t the hotel’s fault, obviously. 😁
