the music from walking street was pretty loud at night so if you're looking for an early night then perhaps staying somewhere a little out of the way would be better

HRTop-notch location if you are not bothered by the music down the street. But if you are booking this hotel, it's your mistake if you don't know that Hue Walking Street is 100 m away. Everything was clean and fine.
We got two towels dirty and had to pay for it. My opinion is that they could easily be washed on 90C, but ok. Their judgement was that it was beyond repair, so we didn't make a big fuss about it.
AUGreat location in one of the walking streets, yet still quiet at night. Miss Vy was excellent in changing our room after the initial mixup with the room allocation. She is very professional and friendly. An excellent manager.
