CAThe smoke alarm sets off when I use the toaster and twice I had to hear the fire alarm. The host asked a few times to send our company credit card information and my credit card information which was not reasonable as a guest!
USThe property itself was fine, had sufficient space inside & was convenient for my family while visiting NOLA. The biggest issue was the code to the room not working upon arrival. I had 4 young children with me in a very unfamiliar place. We had been traveling all day, and had to wait for customer service for over an hour. No accommodation, refund or apology was offered, and it was too late to fimd another room for a family of 6. I'm not too confident I would book this property again.
USWe had several issues including a broken bed which spoiled sleep. For the price of a 5 star hotel we were expecting better comfort.

USWe loved the apartment overall with a couple of exceptions: 1. I reported that the washer was not working and was promised a maintenance check but no one ever showed. 2. Parking was terrible. Patrons of the nearby restaurants and bars occupied the parking area most of the time.
USDon't believe any of these positive reviews. We were put on the bottom floor in a unit that clearly was not ready. It was lacking in every way. Not any pictures on the wall, broken barstools and no beside tables or lamps in the master. It was so hot in there as well. Not any flow of air in master and we were forced to take cold showers to stay cool. Reached out to the facility multiple times to remedy any of these situations with no avail. Even asked to be transferred to another facility due to the lack of sleep. Roami stated they had no other facilities in New Orleans available. This was not true. They had two other ones with multiple rooms. It is literally like sleeping on the highway as well!!!! Had to have white noise blaring on the television and the phones just to drown out all the noise. THE NOISE !!!! I can't even begin to tell you how loud it is. Also, opening the shades of these tall windows was not an option due to being on the bottom floor and people would just stop in look from the sidewalk. Booking.com was of course no help and stated that it was up to the facility to give us any money back. Don't stay here, just don't!!!!!!
