USThe apartment was conveniently located to the convention center. The apartment overall (203) was nice and stocked appropriately. The toilet paper holder in the en-suite is coming detached from the wall and the en-suite toilet seat is broken. The toilet seat in the guest bathroom is also broken. The beds were comfortable and the provided toiletries were appreciated. The area is a bit noisy at night but it’s New Orleans, so it is expected. We would stay there again if we have events at the convention center.

There were no towels available and the washing machine in the apartment did not work. Other than that it was excellent.

The entire Concept from entry to the comfort level and entirely Clean. If you had any questions, customer services took care of it ASAP. The price was extremely fair for the (3) days we stayed there.
ESLocation is very easy connecting to Downtown and French Quarter area, you can walk. Very spacious place, fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Bedrooms don´t have windows, but it was so dark that I slept like a baby. Everything looks very new. We came by car: street parking available for a fee (free at night). Be aware it´s 2 hours max. Otherwise, garages are close by and it´s not even that expensive.
The only thing that bothered me was the process to check-in. All my information should already be present via Booking.com. Yet they required a photo of my creditcard, photo of ID, selfie photo and to fill in a form before we finally received the check-in info. Too much hassle.

USI had a great experience staying here. The place feels brand new, super clean, and really well-designed. It was modern, comfortable, and had everything I needed to feel at home. The host was fantastic. They were responsive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect. You can tell they genuinely care about making guests feel welcome. The building itself is beautiful and well-maintained. The location made it easy to get around and explore. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, stylish, and hassle-free stay.
