The staff were really helpful and friendly. The place was very modern and clean and was nice and spacious. It was a good location as we were only 15 minutes away from Harry Potter which is our reason for visiting London.

The apartment was really warm and could have done with air conditioning ( although they did provide a fan, which was very helpful) Was a little bit confusing to locate as it didnt look like apartments but we did enjoy our stay.

"Excellent apartment, great location."

The apartment was specious and clean, very bright and warm. The host was available on the phone when we had some questions. The location is great with lots of takeaways and we found Polish store next by very convenient with fresh rolls every day

We thought it would be nice if there was information printed out about all the door codes and WiFi password as we couldn't find it anywhere. Then we would not have to contact host and bother them during our stay.

The location

The parking was a little hard to find as we didn’t know the area Some parts of the property were a little run down (just paint touch ups) but bathrooms were excellent and it was clean A little bit noisy but nothing the owners can do about that
