Indigo Heaven at Hemel

Beds and pillows, parking was a worry as it wasn't clear which spaces you could use. First night we eventually got a space as someone left 2nd night there wasnt any spaces but we were so tired we parked infront of the entrance.

Very clean and the location is great

It’s a bit tired and could do with some repairs but it did not affect our stay.

A good location for us to get to the activities we had planned and also visit family. Quite a nice apartment, staff we spoke to were polite and helpful.

Obviously the apartment has had water damage at some point and still needs some redecorating but otherwise nice. With 1 adult and 5 kids 2 double beds (1 being in a large cupboard!) and a sofa bed was not ideal. Also the sofa bed is really not comfortable. The level of cleaning was reasonable but could really do with a little extra, lots of fluff and hair here and there, a vape and a lighter in the sofa, nothing major and please don't take this as a complaint only as feedback. The only thing I have an issue with is the beds, it wasn't suitable for our group and I think badly advertised (no pictures of the bedroom for a start). Also booking for 6 people there were not enough plates/bowls/dining chairs and the kitchen is not very well equipped. For the price we paid it was brilliant and we would stay again but would bring a camp bed or something.

Nice ambience and clean apartment. The staff were great. Particularly, Sewwandi was awesome and a great help.

Everything in the apartment was great. The open-plan living area was perfect. The bedrooms were lovely. The beds were comfortable. We especially liked the bed in the walking wardrobe, which made us smile. The bathroom and the downstairs toilet were clean and well presented.The location is good and close to shops. Great parking area. It's one of the best places that we have ever stayed in. Having a lift in the building is a game changer, and one of the reasons why the apartment was chosen. It was a home from home, and we didn't want to leave

The only thing we struggled with was the cooker as it is different from the one we use. We couldn't get to hob working. That could have been us. Which would be easier solved by instructions

Good price for 3 people , clean and comfortable. Some little touches like paint work and finishes in the property would make it a 10/10, a bit scruffy in communal areas stairs and lobby. The back entrance a bit untidy

Doors loose in kitchen, streaked surfaces although clean lacked that gleam but still clean

The location in the centre of the town was very convenient. The facilities, kitchen, bathrooms, and lounge were of a good standard. The host was charming and helpful at all times.

The second bedroom is not a bedroom. It is within the first bedroom and is essentially a double bed in a very big dressing room with NO external light. This might suit a family with kids but this apartment is not suitable for 5 adults wishing privacy. We were three so had no problem, our grown up son slept on the sofa bed in the lounge, which was fine.
