Towels where old and torn There was no water and they don’t have backup. They gave me a plastic basin to bathe, no updates about the water situation. I couldn’t even use the toilet and they didn’t offer water to flush or bath until I pestered them, they were agitated by my calls. I was booked for 6 nights and stayed for 1, because it was just too much to bare😭😭😭 There’s a very noisy tavern down the road that plays music till late at night The area doesn’t feel safe, people loitering in the streets till late. Yet one of their gates opens manually😭 Shower looks dirty and is clogged. One of the ladies was trying to have an argument with me when I left before my check out date, while the other one just seemed not to care.

The place is very beautiful, bedroom very comfortable, kitchen nice, the ladies that attended to us was always nice, but we had a lot of issues staying there, there was only 1 iron for the whole complex and I didn’t like the idea of that as we had to borrow iron everyday and having to give back, and we would have to wait a little while sometimes before we could get the iron which allowed us to be late for our events and sometimes we ourselves didn’t even remember to bring it back, I didn’t like the bathroom, it was small and slippery in the shower, there was no shower curtain we had to wipe the bathroom every time we shower, hot water wasn’t stable for a cold country as South Africa, manager told us warm water would be there a certain time but even at that time there was no warm water, so the warm water was unpredictable, the door lock have been giving problems since the day I first got there, I and my wife spoke to the manager about it, he didn’t do anything about it until we got locked out for some time, because the door wasn’t opening, the door handle got stuck, even tho all of this happened, I was comfortable there except for the bathroom and all that happened rest of stuff, location was also very convenient for us aswell, we stayed for 1 month and booked extra 1 day through booking

The place is very clean, and Isabelle and her husband (the owners) are extremely friendly and kind. The staff who assisted me during my stay—Charity and Majesty—were also very nice and helpful. I felt secure and safe throughout my stay, as the level of security is absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend this place.

Property safe and clean. Host went beyond to help us get transport to the airport A lady we met on arrival was nice and kind as if she knew we had a bad day. I strongly recommend this place.

The curtain rail was loose on one side and the shower's metal stand was held with two loose screws .
