Lady was friendly and welcoming

The area looked very unsafe when we arrived at the house, confirmed by the staff member recommending that we wait for our Uber inside the property walls for our safety, when we left the next morning. The room was tiny...the bed barely fitted in the room. Nothing like the pictures on booking.com. The sheet on the bed was all crumpled and not pulled over the mattress, also some sand on the sheet. This showed us the bedding hadn't been changed after the last guests had stayed there. A spotlight was on all night and the curtains were so thin our room was lit up with the light from the spotlight all night, making it impossible to sleep. The view from the bedroom window was construction material. The TV was bolted and padlocked to the wall. We weren't able to watch TV because it was attached to the side wall, so would have been watching the side of the TV.. There are about 6 units on the property and the noise from other guests till very late wasn't controlled by the owners. If you're considering staying here, you need to ask them to send you photos of the unit you'll be staying in first because ours looked nothing like their advertised pictures. A very disappointing experience overall.

Internet connection was good, I could connect to netflix n enjoy movies Very clean and neat, place looks newly remodeled Its unfortunate i did not spend alot of time indoors

Parking was a bit tricky, but the staff made it work.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Communication prior to arrival was excellent although on arrival it was difficult to get into the property due to the bell not working. The area did not feel particularly safe for us...we are an older couple from the UK. However, once inside the property, we were relaxed. Great value for money.

The area was not good. There was a lot of arguing on the outside during loadshedding hours and loud music.
