The Highlands, Bispham

Another lovely stay, brilliant location and very comfortable and clean room.

Was a shame the pub was only serving food at a weekend but I believe this was temporary.

Staff were friendly. We were unlucky to have loud neighbours which caused us some problems but the staff did tell them and also came to check on us. Shower was OK, and the bed wasnt too bad.

Some of the wallpaper and paint was peeling, I think the general decor could have done with some tlc

We liked how you could walk thought the pub to get to the rooms and how the staff looked after my boyfriend when he was sick lol

We didn’t like the way to side door is hard to open.

So expensive no entertainment Room had flaked paint on walls and all over carpet Moldy windows mot like photos on website Breakfast was just fruit , porridge yogurt or butter jam and quasont this was not advertised when booking no option for toast or cornflakes for children One of staff women was rude and not welcoming

Staff were really friendly, couldn't do enough for myself and my children, bedrooms felt very nice and cosy. Some bits looked a little bit tired but it was fabulously clean so it didn't bother us. Location was great right at opposite the tram stop and end of illuminations.

Stairs upto bedrooms were a little difficult with luggage and only fridge was in communal area, we put some drinks in there which other visitors then had as they were in the fridge on landing.

Second time we have stayed here. Both times we've been thoroughly looked after. Doggies enjoyed it too. Food looked lovely, will definitely have some next time 👍🏼

It was very clean and the staff were fab.
