Heritage Villa by Aayu - 10 mins walk to Armenian St

The location was very convenient. The staff were flexible with our timing, and there was a free tour included. The building itself is pretty and they keep it simple and tidy.

The bathroom is shared among all the rooms. The A/C machine has a very bright light and the room is tiny, so at night it was very distracting and difficult to fall asleep. The bed was not very comfortable. Decent for 1 night.

The stuffs here are very nice and always helped me. I would like to book it again the next time.

Mitarbeiter waren bemüht eine Lösung für ein anderes Zimmer zu finden. Rest - siehe nächster Block.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Bad/WC bestellt und waren dann sehr überrascht, dass wir zwar ein Zimmer und auch ein Bad erhalten haben, aber dies in getrennten Räumlichkeiten. Hier müsste dies unbedingt klarer im Angebot formuliert werden, denn wenn ich dies so lese, gehe ich davon aus, dass es in einem Raum ist. Somit haben wir das Zimmer abgelehnt, und eines anderes Zimmer 700Meter entfernt erhalten. Dies war OK, aber trotzdem erst einmal sehr ärgerlich.

Schwer zu finden war der Eingang , kein Hinweis an der Straße auf das Hotel . Unpersönliche Atmosphäre .
