New hotel in sparkling shape. Super comfortable bed (although no firm pillows), large feeling nicely designed, suite-like room with L-shaped sofa and other amenities. Good shower. Staff super friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast with several hot and cold options, at a great price of $8 per person per day. Able to add on after arriving, which was much appreciated. Convenient location. We will return. Recommended!

All the bed pillows were mushy feather type that collapse in the night and have no neck support. Recommend they add at least one firm pillow per room. Wall divider rattled with any vibration and HVAC could be noisy. I gave all this feedback to the hotel and they sent a warm response saying they will look into all this.

This hotel is new, so they’re still working out a few issues. The staff were all very professional and friendly, which I appreciated. However, the pool, hot tub, and fitness center were unavailable for the first three days and only open in the evenings after that. I expressed my disappointment right away, but there was no consideration of my concern. I specifically chose this hotel for those amenities, so that was frustrating. There was also a strange and persistent sound or vibration in my room, likely from something electrical or mechanical, which made it difficult to relax. Finally, I was double billed—having already paid through Booking.com, I was also charged by the hotel for three of my six nights. I'm still working out this issue. I believe these issues will be resolved over time as the property gets established, but for now, I don’t feel I received the value I paid for.

Beautiful hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. Fanstastic breakfast and comfy rooms. A great value!

The location is a little far away from the City Center, but an easy drive.
