Hyatt Place Reno

Breakfast was OK. They never cleaned our room while we were there so we had to ask for towels eventually. There's also a faint septic smell near the hot tub. Building is newer though. You have to pay for parking but if you park down in the shopping center it's free.

The for fee breakfast was just ok, the restaurant as stated was close for unknown reasons, the ice machine was broken, the phone in the room did not work…

Hotel was very nice, however, they charge for parking even though they have their own lot.

For some reason they said Expedia did NÓT have a reservation 4 me?! Since I had all my all my chk in and confirmation numbers they allowed me to stay...

Door was hard to open to get into the room, like it was stuck and I had to push really hard to get it to open
