We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is in a very central location, perfect for exploring the city on foot. Communication with the host was excellent – always quick to respond and with helpful recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Everything was spotless and very clean, which made us feel comfortable right away. We also really appreciated the possibility of an early check-in, which made our arrival much easier. Highly recommended!

Sadly, we didn’t enjoy our stay, even though we were looking forward to our vacation in Palermo the most. We had chosen to stay in one place for the entire trip for more comfort, but unfortunately this was not the case. On arrival, very late at night (after confirming the time with the owner via Booking), our room was not clean: the bed sheets had been used, there were wet towels, and the room had not been prepared. The owner did find a solution and gave us a better room for that night. The next day we were moved to the original room, where we discovered that the bathroom was not private at all. Through the transparent shower door, you could see the other person showering or even using the toilet. This was extremely uncomfortable for us, as it was a friends’ trip, not a family or couple stay, and changing rooms was not possible. The cleaning situation was also very disappointing. During our 1-week stay, towels were not changed once, and cleaning the room cost extra. Even new towels came with an extra fee. The only trash can was a tiny one in the bathroom, which was never emptied. When we asked for the bag to be replaced, the staff promised to come at 8:00 pm but only arrived almost an hour later, after we had to ask again. During a 1-week stay you should be able to expect new fresh towels at least once during the week without extra charge and trash emptied regularly. When I asked about room cleaning, I got no answer for hours. I then asked again if it was at least possible to get the towels changed, i was told to pay 5 euros extra, but didnt know for what. I thought to get the room cleaned, but it was only for the towels. The cleaning lady didn’t speak English, so she called Angelo to explain. Not realizing he was on speaker, he refused to talk to us and hung up the phone twice in a very rude way. Overall, there were too many misunderstandings and issues, which made our stay uncomfortable and far from what we expected.

Apartman je na odlicnoj lokaciji u centru,sve je bilo cisto i ugodno.domacin nam je bio na raspolaganju i prilagodljiv.

L’habitació estava neta i ben equipada. Tenia balcó.

Molt cosi qr per accedir a l’habitació.

Boa localização (perto do centro e de vários serviços), fácil acesso a todas as portas com todos os códigos fornecidos pelo alojamento. Alojamento com recuperação recente e bastante tecnológico. Tem tudo para ser um dos melhores da zona dentro do mesmo estilo, contudo tem alguns pontos a melhorar.

Zona movimentada com algum barulho durante a noite. Limpeza com alguns pontos a melhorar. Sem elevador (é preciso subir algumas escadas), mas em construção (em funcionamento e breve).
