"Beautiful stay in a beautiful city"

It was very clean. It had an amazing balcony, beautiful view and really comfortable beds. Apart from this, the bathroom was perfect.

We didn’t have three sets of towels, only two. Even though we were three people.

"Well managed room in a convenient location"

Very helpful staff, comfortable room with everything I needed.

Checkin system (QR codes/readers) was barely functional (relies on having mobile internet access in another country, and codes took several attempts to read at each door). This was not an issue once physical keys were found. Slight concern that the room key was blank, and presumably identical for the 3 rooms on that corridor.
