Couldn't even get check in.

This is a total SCAM, Booked this 4 days before arriving. We got there and they told us we had to "discuss the price" and explained that the owner changed. We had to wait for the guy in charge to arrive who just explained that the previous owner left without paying him for the rent of the place so now he has to get more money for the rooms. We told him we were sorry about that situation but that's not really our issue, we already booked something and it should be respected, so they told us just to leave if we were not going to pay the new price which was more than double of what we booked. After that we read the comments in Google maps and some of them were about the exact situation weeks before "they changed the owner". This is your business so you should be able to handle it without making the clients pay for your problems. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND JUST BOOK SOMETHING ELSE.

Everything, guy on reception was drunk, tried to charge me $70 for a room and scooter hire when I hadn't, I was just checking in.. No toiletries,no towels, tv not work, no hot water, wifi not work properly,when I asked about towels just got told ..No have... Leaking toilet water pipe, mosquitoes in room and flies, ... Even though only $9.00 for room, still not worth it... Stay away ..

DO NOT STAY HERE! TRUST THE REVIEWS! I booked king room with balcony for 5 nights. When I checked in, the manager said the room is not available because AC is broken. So he told me to stay in a room without balcony for one night & he’ll move me to my room the next day at 12pm. The next day, I came down at 11:30am. The cleaning lady said my king room is not ready. So I went out. I came back at 6pm. The manager told me that the king room is given to someone else because I didn’t check out at 12pm! Pure lie!!!! I came down at 11:30am. No one told me to check out! The manager has anger issue. When I argue with him, he yelled at me & kicked me out. I booked the room a month ago for 5 nights. I had to pack my stuff to find another hotel again… As of the room, there’s no water when I tried to shower at 1am(I arrived late). I didn’t tell him because it was late & I thought I’ll change my room the next day anyway. Now I found a clean & spacious homestay in a more central location for $10. Avoid this place!

Really bad service

Worst . I was asking them through booking.com and is it okay to do a late check in they said it’s okay . Until I was arrive in the hotel . There no staff and I was arrive around 11PM . The staff was sleeping and I called him and he didn’t wake up. I don’t know but I feel disappointed. Because I asks them about it . Plus it’s mid night and we have to sit just to booked another hotel :))

The room was nice, the bed was confortable.

The room has no window, so it was a little dark. At 6am the personal was putting music, cleaning, talking loudly and moving things around... That was not nice.

Nice place out the way from the all the goings on coffee shop next door about 10 minutes walk from old market cheap place I will book that again across the road is a ABA baank staff was helpful cheerful we drove our bike there plenty of room to park

Panha and the atmosphere. Also, the bed was very comfortable!

The internet was slow and dropped all the time. Never for long.
