מקום נהדר לחופשה והתרגעות. האוכל מעולה. החדרים גדולים ומרווחים, בריכה יפה והנוף לים מקסים. הצוות (מבעלת המקום ועד אחרון העובדים) נותנים שירות מצויין, אדיבים, זמינים - ממש צוות נפלא. מאוד נהננו.

המלון חדש יחסית (שנה ראשונה) והמנהלים פונים לכל אורח באופן אישי ומבקשים לקבל כל הערה או רעיון לשיפור. האמת - לא היו הרבה דברים לשיפור, וככל שהיו (כמו - תוספת מדפים ותליה לבגדים למשל) התברר שהם כבר הוזמנו ונכנסים לבביצוע, כך שאין טעם לציין אותם.

Our stay at Aspara was incredible, beautiful hotel, friendly helpful staff, great selection of activities and food. One of the best places we’ve ever stayed!!

This hotel is a paradise.Definitely the best hotel on Koh Rong. Beautiful pool aeria with Apsara on a smal island in the middle . For the early birds you can see the sun rises in her hand , realised by an artist.The beach aeria is butifull. A spesial thanks to the General Manager Laurent that arrange everything for you. A great thanks to Priem Barang that took care of us every eavning at the resturant. This hotel hasa warmand friendly atmosphere thanks to Laurent and his team. Perfect place to be so do not hesitate to book this hotel.

Wirklich extrem gutes Essen, sehr exklusiv und gehoben. Alles sehr neu Sehr freundliches Personal Putzfrau hat auf jedes Detail geachtet Unglaublich grosses Frühstück Buffet Sehr schöner Strand und sehr schöner Pool Ich denke für denn Preis, das beste Hotel auf der Insel und garantiert das beste Restaurant auf der Insel Sehr guter Wein Rezeption über WhatsApp immer und sehr schnell erreichbar. Wir haben ein wunderschönes Strandessen erhalten, danke nochmal dafür. Wir können hier wirklich das ganze Team und Konzept des Hotel loben. Wir würden aufjedenfall nochmal hingehen

-Das ist klagen auf hohem Niveau, dennoch möchten wir konstruktiv unsere Verbesserungen mitteilen. Das Personal war super freundlich und bemüht, dennoch hat es das abräumen der Tische am Strand noch nicht 100% funktioniert. Wir hätten uns gewünscht das hier etwas mehr darauf geachtet wird, das die Tische regelmässig abgeräumt werden oder mindestens dann wenn etwas neues serviert wurde. Mussten immer wieder drum bitten, danach wurde es aber abgeräumt. -Pager funktioniert bei uns nicht da wir zu weit weg waren mit dem Zimmer ( 902 ). Wir konnten dann aber über WhatsApp essen und trinken bestellen. Wie bereits erwähnt schmälert das keineswegs unsere wunderschöne Erfahrung in diesem Hotel, verbessern kann man immer was. Wir würden 100% wieder das Hotel buchen

Pas grand chose … peut être les rideaux qui s’ouvraient tout seuls « un peu » trop tôt le matin mais la vue est telle que …

This hotel is incredible. Everything is perfect - the staff are wonderful, so so friendly and helpful. The food is amazing, and very reasonably priced, lovely dinner entertainment. Breakfast is really good, so much choice! The rooms are stunning, so clean and new and comfortable, amazing shower. The location and the beach is beautiful - so quiet and peaceful. The hotel is very premium without being pretentious, and the standards of everything are extremely high. The hotel manager Lauren is very present in the hotel, really helpful and friendly and makes a great effort to make you feel special and welcome, he also has a very nice calm nature with the staff. I stayed at the hotel alone but certainly did not feel alone and that was because of the staff - they really do make this place!
