La atención del personal fue muy buena.

La habitación donde nos hospedamos estaba sumamente húmeda. No olía bien y las sábanas no parecían haber sido cambiadas. Sobre todo las fundas de almohadas que tenían olor a tabaco.

Nada

Entraba frío por la ventana, el baño estaba sucio, no había suficientes enchufes y el alargador que había hacia falso contacto. Las camas eran incómodas y las almohadas tenían hongos. No cumplían con secador de pelo y no había personal durante la noche donde nos habían confirmado que si lo había. Estaba abierta la puerta de recepción 24/7 y durante la noche sin ningún tipo de control. La luz del pasillo para ingresar a la habitación no andaba. El desayuno dejaba bastante que desear

Good location (hard to be in a bad location though). Where provided with breakfast for our early (4:30) start for Machu Picchu and where able to store bags in the lobby all day.

Interior window was big enough for ppl to climb through but inside the hostel
