Location was great. Short walk from the train station, short walk to the buses that take you to Machu Picchu and lots of restaurant and shops around. Felt safe.

We actually were taken to another hotel near by. When we went to check in, the owner/ manager on shift said he doesn’t have the room anymore and he took us to another hotel close by. Since it was very late and we had early day the next day we weren’t going to look for another place, but the room he assigned us was right next to the reception ( we had requested a quiet room) with windows from the bathroom that are looking into the hallway so if you open them while in the bathroom, other guests can see you since the windows are towards the stairs which everyone uses. No breakfast there, but since it was included in our price, they had us walk to the other ( originally booked) hotel for breakfast that was waste of time cause it was only one egg each with some bread. The cereals were stale and all around looked dirty. The whole thing was shady as that hotel he put us in was obviously cheaper, but he charged us the amount we have booked for. Not even accounting the inconvenience.

Nada. Experiência péssima. Fui muito mal recebido, não pude ficar no hotel e com reserva feita pois falaram que não havia vagas.

Reservei a diária do meu quarto que foi CONFIRMADA pelo hotel no dia 08/03/26, entretanto ao chegar no hotel, não havia reserva no meu nome, fui informado pelo responsável que não havia vagas, entretanto mostrei as mensagens de confirmação da reserva pelo app e ele me respondeu que não poderia fazer nada pois não tinha vaga. Ao pedir para usar o wifi para tentar achar outro hotel o responsável falou que não seria possível pois era tarde e ele estava dormindo e havia sido acordado. Eram 11h PM da noite e estava chovendo muito. Fui "convidado" a me retirar do hotel, experiência péssima. Fiquei a pé, na chuva, 11h PM sozinho procurando um hotel pelas ruas de Águas Calientes. Foi um crime o que o hotel fez comigo!

Limpeza das roupas de cama.

La ubicación y Guillermina fue muy atenta de principio a fin.

El olor a humedad, poco desayuno o alternativas.

Después de una noche tenía mas de 15 picaduras compatibles con chinches, mantenimiento del lavabo deficiente, la ducha perdía, inundado todo el rato. Luz blanca de hospital, sin luz natural, la ventana de la habitación daba al pasillo del hostal.

Je n’ai rien à dire.

Ce que je n’ai pas apprécié, c’est que j’avais fait une réservation. Cette réservation a été confirmée plusieurs fois. Je suis arrivé avec un train, très tard vers 23 heures. J’avais prévenu. on m’avait dit que tout était bon.Et quand je suis arrivé, l’hôtel était complet. J’ai montré ,à la personne de l’accueil, les messages de Booking et de l’hôtel, disant que ma réservation était confirmée. Il n’a pas su quoi dire. Du coup, il a fallu que de 23 h à 0h30, je cherche un hôtel que j’ai finalement réussi à trouver, grâce a différentes aides sur place. À vous de voir ce que vous en pensez…
