El hotel es supremamente cómodo, tiene todos los amenities,y ofrecen muchas opciones para una estación placentera Aunque no vimos el monte porque estaba completamente tapado.

El check out es demasiado temprano; es preferible que cobren un poco más y se permita un buen descanso en la mañana. 10 am, es tener que levantarse 7 am si estás con niños para una salida puntual.

Our villa was amazing. We got the nicer one with the hot tub, sauna, and more and we really loved it. Very nice place and everything was run really well. The view was perfection and everything was effortless. Wish we would have stayed longer.

There was nothing that we didn't like.

The ammenities in the room were fabulous! The outdoor/indoor patio room had a heater so it was very cozy, and the views of Mt Fuji were beautiful. The onsen was lovely, and the sauna, and the view of the mountain while sitting in either was amazing. There was free bike rental as well at the property, so we could grab a bike and ride around the whole lake. It was very easy to check in via tablet and collect our keys from the lockbox. All instructions were given prior and easy to understand. We were worried about not having a hotel concierge to ask questions, but I was able to message the property through booking.com for any queries - we sent a message to ask them to book a taxi for us and they did straight away.

The area was a little bit far from the main shops, however not far from Oishi park and worth it for the views! Only downside was the price, even though the ammenities were lovely it was still very expensive.
