Alternative food options, like ability to grill on outdoor bbq would have been nice. The shabu shabu and other food option were very similar. It would have been better if we clearly understood how much food would be provided. We were nervous so ended up bringing a lot of food with us. Also arranging taxi service back to the bus station was very stressful..the go app didn’t register drivers so we ended up having to drag all our bags and run to the bus station only to figure out we could have used Uber app.

The location itself is worth the money I spent. One of the best locations to see Mt. Fuji in a very private and comfortable area. Very accessible and short drive to many attractive locations.

The property was clean and beautiful. Perfect stay for our honeymoon equipped with all the amenities we would need. Instructions how to use facilities were very clear and we loved that there were bikes available to use!

You are paying for the view! Really modern and thoughtful facilities with lots of room and amenities.

We had 2 suitcases and 2 carry on and struggled with the stairs to our room. The trolleys are unsafe. You are very out of the way so book taxis well in advance and unstaffed so you’re on your own.

Beautiful view of Mt Fuji from the comfort of your own personal sauna. Great location for kids with a small yard, perfect for running around after being enclosed in a small Tokyo hotel room for a week. Gas grill was a huge bonus. Staying here was a highlight of our family trip.
