Well eventually the room was nice, and the ocean view suite did have stunning sunset views. Kitchen was large, game table a cute addition and it was lovely to see a cot included even though we didn't need one. It does have the potential to eventually be an amazing stay.

Well... there was a complete mess when checking in, because they combined my booking of one apartment, with travel companions booking of 2 apartments and we were missing an apartment completely. No internet or phone reception in lobby meant needing to go back out to street to try and sort the mess with completely different people in the booking . Com chat to those in the lobby. There is no actual receptionist, you get greeted by a security guard. Eventually 1 apartment got upgraded to the "3 bedroom ocean suite" that actually only had 2 bedrooms we could find. And then finally we got 3 apartments when we asked why couldn't we have the upgrade AND the original allocated room as the second booking that was supposed to have 2 apartments anyway. Website and booking.com said amazing things about their breakfast options... and when asked about it in the morning, we were advised to "go across the road to Okada and use one of many restaurant options" or they offered to help us get breakfast delivered (no doubt via the grab app, we had been using all stay). The building is under construction still, yet advertises the final potential it wants to obtain as being already available, and signage is limited. Heads up about pool usage... needs to be booked in 24 hours before you intend to use it, and there is an allocated number of Guests allowed in the pool per room, or you have to pay for extra guests to be able to use it. After the breakfast chat & lack of visible facilities we didn't ask about massages and other advertised features.

Very comfortable apartment and lot of space

It was a bit difficult to find the entrance - it is not a normal hotel but like appartments. The entry is through the parking and it is all a construction site, so that was very confusing.

The apartment was very clean and everything worked in the apartment and felt very new. If it wasn't so over saturated with Taylor Swift photos, I probably would rate it higher and enjoy it better.

Location was very difficult to find as its an actual apartment and not a hotel and the apartment was in a block still largely under construction so signage was non-existent and it wasn't on google maps. There was nothing open nearby to get food other than the 7Eleven back on the main road and we couldn't have food delivered because the address didn't show up on the Grab App either. The apartment was very clean and well equipped but too small for a family. The seating in the lounge room was insufficient and the dining table only made for 3. The whole apartment was over decorated with Taylor Swift memorabilia and was very unnerving. The photos look nothing like the real thing. Would I stay here again? Probably not.

the room was tidy

did not realize that the main pool was not open. The place was very new and don't think that they had all the issues ironed out yet. The Wi-Fi was very in and out. there is not much around the area to walk to.
