"The staffs is not accommodating and rude! Good hotel but very cheap staffs!"

I booked a room and waited for two hours because they said my name isn't appearing on their system, but obviously they are not doing anything about it! They didn't want to tell you if the room that you've book is already occupied and they cannot give you a room anymore, It's so disappointing!! and also The staffs is not accommodating. I asked for the hotline or where I can send an email to booking regarding on my problem, but the staff there told me that she will find it on google which is so funny, They are not prepared when something like in my case happened, Good hotel but very cheap staffs! 😂😂

The place is so amazing. Unit is in Cluster H, just be patient regarding phone signal when you reach their lobby. But it’s not actually gonna be a problem as long as the guards or the receptionist have your information, they will assist you there. Ms. Ruth is very friendly and very accomdating, she’s so nice and showed us some of their on going and soon to be open for booking units. Concepts are so amazing and i love the idea of unit 8-A. I recommend it for family with a newborn baby☺️ Thanks Ms. Ruth! Definitely we’re coming back again for another staycation!

"Fraud advertisement location"

Never liked anything just the view

I didn't like the fact that it was not on the location in moa as they advertised it. was 3 km away from the location they advertise. Never would have booked it if they were honest about the location and the building was still being built. No curtains in the living room. Everything was a mess, tried to cancel but they say it was none refundable, no choice but to stay. Lying about the location was the part where they pissed me off, they said it was in bashore avenue in moa but indeed up 3 km away. What a joke i want a refund. Then the whole condo started smelling paint thinner from construction no room service nothing. Dont recommend it all.
