Staff/ family were really helpful and friendly through out the stay

There was construction going on so was woken up at 6:30/ 7:00am every morning

A basic but good stay for those on a budget! Comfortable and big bed, spacious room which was very clean. Breakfast options were basic but were made fresh - the pancakes with fresh fruit were amazing!!

I wish there was fresh coffee offered at breakfast rather than sachets of Nescafé with a kettle. Loud construction noise outside our window, unfortunately this hotel is next to a building site - not the hotels fault but something to be aware of!

Good location and spacious room. I could rent a scooter for a good price.

The window leaked during rain. The rooms did not have numbers on them, so I had to guess. There was no breakfast (you are given a choice out of 5 options, but only one is available). Most importantly, it was really noisy with people shouting, playing music in the hallway and slamming doors after 10pm and I was woken up at 6:30am with the same.

The lady with curly hair who is there at night is so so lovely. Good AC. Good shower.

As of end of May 2025, the construction is right undernearth Superior Double Room windows, it's not just somewhere in the area or nextdoor which would be fine. They start at 6.30am and are extremely noisy, understandably. Do not recommend at the moment! The gate and the door to the hotel gets locked, not sure at what time, nobody tells you, but if you come back at midnight, it's a problem to get in. Nobody at the reception, nobody answers the bell rings. Can take forever to get in. It seems that you have to call them on whatsapp and they will wake some staff member up who is sleeping at the hotel to let you in? But again, this is speculations. Nobody informs you about this. I figured when I waited outside for 20 mins at midnight. "Do not disturb" sign on your door doesn't work. They will come clean your room anyways. The breakfast tastes like nothing. It's meant to be until 9 am but if you show up at 8.40, the hot water for instant coffee (the only type of coffee they offer) is already cleared away and you have to ask for it. They ask you to pre-order breakfast the day before, even confirm it via WhatsApp, however, it's not guaranteed you will get what you pre-order, you will find out in the morning. Staff do not speak English. The girl with long brown hair who is always there always smiles and nods very nicely but does not understand you and doesn't put in effort to try to understand you by using translator. Internet barely working. I booked this hotel specifically as it had a "desk"/table in the room to be able to work remotely if needed, I wasn't successful at all. The Internet barely connected and when it did, basic websites were barely loading. Found someone's used q-tips upon check in. Gross! The mini fridge is inside a cupboard that is completely closed (no gaps for air). The fridge overheats to the poinr that the entire cupboard is burning hot.

That was okay for the price and the staff are nice, I really appreciate it. But before coming I mentioned that I was very light sleeper and what they didn't mentione to me is that there were some work just down the street from 6 or 7 am to this end of afternoon... Also there were a smell in my room when I arrived, they gave me a another room with the same smell. I just didn t say anything because they knew it, they put on the aircon before let me in so I could not notice right away. The breakfast was good though.

The shower jet didn t work or not really, smell in the room, work on the street... No much restaurant around the hotel that you can go.... But there are nice people.

clean place. staff is very friendly especially the kitchen staff and administrator. That are a wonderful ladies

The noise from the street. Some rooms have mould in the bathroom, but not all. The upper floors are better.

Huge room with a big tv and netflix. The bedroom was comfortable but could have been cleaner there were some hairs on the bathroom and bed but other than that the room was clean. We were able to check in early but this was at an extra cost. This was the first time we experienced a fee for early check in

There was roadworks right outside the hotel which made access pretty difficult
