Everything was good. The room was clean and spacious.

Just 2 issues: sometimes electricity in our room turned off and I needed to go down to ask to turn it on but wifi kept working. Also, the last day of our stay there were no breakfast available.

"Decent for a couple nights"

Big room - decent for a few nights. 24 hour check in was handy as our bus was late getting in. Room was pretty clean and location is a short cycle/20 min walk or scooter ride to tam coc. Fairly quiet apart from traffic in the mornings. Modern building.

For me the bed was shocking but my partner didnt have too much trouble. There is a horizontal split down the middle of the bed which created an uncomfortable sleep for me. Bathroom doesnt have an extractor or window so doesnt dry off. Scooters and bikes could have been better quality but did the job. Laundry was a bit slow.
