Beautiful clean chalet with everything you would need. Food at the canteen was really good and the staff couldn’t have been kinder.

Not great if you have mobility issues. The paths are rough with gravel. There are golf carts that the staff will use but you still have to get about. So if you are not up to walking on rough surfaces this wouldn’t be for you.

The pod has everything you need, clever use of space. It was lovely being able drink a brew in bed watching the surfers! Food on site was delicious and staff were really friendly. Plus it was so quiet at night and the big bed was really comfy

There were only 4 mugs for a chalet that sleeps 8 people. We asked for some more and were told housekeeping would bring some but that was going to be when we were leaving. Also, no soap in the bathroom of our chalet. We were also told one buggy per booking so 2 of us lugged our bags up to our chalet (28) in order.for the 4 remaining people to use the buggy as they arrived later (1745) and when they did they were told.no buggies as not enough staff. That was v frustrating. It feels like there's not quite enough info about the chalets. We didn't bring washing up liquid assuming there would be some, there wasn't and you can't buy any on site. No info in th chalet about what to do when checking out except for "Leave your key in the key box" None of this meant we didn't enjoy our stay BUT it was annoying.however we will absolutely be back and hopefully management might read this and take some of the suggestions/points on board.
