The location is great and very convenient for exploring town. The hotel is cute and the room pleasant and clean. The staff at the wine bar were very helpful and friendly.

I didn’t realise there would be no staff at the hotel. There was little instruction on how to get into the hotel or the room (we were given a key but also a pincode but the room door appeared to have card readers). I messaged the property for assistance but never received a response (to be fair, phone number was provided but I don’t have mobile network to make calls).

Was geen ontbijt aloes was out en hell erg Gehorig. Deur in de Douche ging niet volledig open. Was een armoedig hotel.

The room was quite big and had all the amenities you need for a short stay. The location was great and everything you needed was within walking distance. The staff were very helpful and welcoming

Good rooms, well appointed and clean. The room information stated the room is refreshed daily, this was not the case our room was not serviced once in our 3 day visit. The carpark is tight, but it's very convenient as there is little parking in the Town. The pub next door does do live music so it's pretty noisy, but it didn't bother us, the music stopped at a reasonable time and we slept well.

This 'hotel' really lets itself down with the check-in. No prior instructions are given, there is no reception, just a poster on the wall with two phone numbers. We arrive around 9:30pm with an 11 year old very tired from our trip and ready for our beds. No-one was there, no-one was answering the phone despite multiple calls, messages and texts We had absolutely no idea how to access our room. I eventually went to the bar next door, who do indeed have the keys, we were able to get into our room. This was stress we didn't need, and our daughter was in tears. This entire situation could be avoided with some simple communication. To add to the frustration we did not receive any communication the next day, I did at least expect an apology. The message I'd sent via booking.com came back as a '.' If it had not been for the entire key saga my rating would be 8 or 9. Guests that arrive the following days also had the same problem, the ones we saw we were able to help.
