Le finestre della nostra camera davano sul piazzale con bar. c'è stata musica e un po' di confusione fino alle 23. Dalle 23 in poi però il rumore è cessato

GBThe room was comfortable and well maintained. The staff at Gales was attentive. The very busy young lady there went out of her way to help, when I couldn't access my room on arrival. The cleaners were, also, eager to help. There is some limited free on-site parking, if you are fortunate enough to find a space. Breakfast at Gales was hearty, if you like cooked options. The proximity to the excellent Bistro Lafant, across the road, was a bonus.
The lack of a dedicated reception was unhelpful. I had some difficulties using the coded locks to access the building and my room. Fortunately, friends who were also staying at the hotel were able to tell me about Gales because they had received information that I had not seen at the time of my arrival. The breakfast arrangements were confusing and there didn't appear to be any cereal option. I didn't realise there was a voucher for a reduction on the price of breakfast, until the second night of my stay.

The key system is complicated. If you didn't get emails telling you about the code then it was impossible. The outer door has no instructions about which handle to turn and which way to turn it. We went to Gales winebar but nobody helped us on our first attempt at the codes. Simply asked if we had the codes. The room was fine except for a big step down to the bathroom with no warning. It was difficult going to the loo in the middle of the night.
