The room we were in was adjacent to the wine bar, and although not a major problem, customer chatting in outside area could readily be heard.

SGGood location in the town center. Appreciated the friendly housekeeping and Gales Wine Bar staff.
Extremely challenging to get in touch with management as this is a reception-less hotel. WiFi and TV were not working for the duration of our stay, and we could only get in touch with housekeeping or staff from Gales Wine Bar, but they could not be of greater assistance as they had to contact the manager. We were only informed by housekeeping staff a few days in that the WiFi was not scheduled to be fixed during our stay. Nobody picked up the phone or responded to emails despite these contact details being given on a card in the room. Difficult to make special requests (for instance, to turn the heating on) and were unaware if these requests have been fulfilled. Water heater in the shower was challenging to use as it was often boiling hot or stone cold, and was extremely difficult to set to a comfortable temperature.

GBThe location of the hotel was perfect. It's a small town but it was very central. we reserved three rooms. My room had two single beds joint together so it was comfortable.
My parents room however, although it was super beautiful with a living room, had a smaller bed and the mattress wasn't comfortable. Otherwise everything would have been perfect. It's a shame to go to a hotel and not to be able to sleep because the bed is not comfy.
