The house was perfect for our group of 10 friends, the hot tub was great, and the owners were very accommodating, allowing us to check out late.

The property was an ideal location, a short taxi journey into city centre. Very clean and plenty of room/beds for our group. The hot tub was a great addition. The house is in a quiet area also.

The house was perfect for what we required. There is some typical wear and tear in the house but nothing that impacted negatively on our stay.

The property was shocking,it’s was filthy,lots of damages and in such a bad state. On arrival we were met with bins full of rubbish on the driveway,scaffolding on the roof,on entering the property it stank of cannabis we later found packets of synthetic cannabis stuffed under the sofa. We had leaky toilets,damaged locks,cigarette butts all over the decking,was such a disappointing stay as we had travelled from Scotland for a birthday celebration. The previous reviews on here regarding how clean the house is have to be from a different property as this place is filthy.

fab location host was fantastic

Great potential but not amazing.

Very dirty, not cleaned at all had to contact property manager to replace kettle and to report the dirtiness of the property and even after the cleaners cleaning it wasn’t any better. there was a cigarette inside the toaster which nearly caught on fire when i tried to use it. On first arrival the shower on the ground floor was filled with urine and smelt terribly. There was lumps of dust coming out the radiators and there was thick dust behind every door. In the garden and by the hot tub was a littering of cigarette butts and i don’t smoke.
