I really like it was close to the center. Dayshift lady receptionist and the cook were very nice, helpful, and hospitable. We asked if she could get us some ice, and she said she would get some for us in the afternoon. Told her was for insulin temp saver, and right 6 told us she could save it in the fridge. Asked for the oxygen and told us she would have it by afternoon. The cook was nice and hospitable. We talked for a while and gave us tips and tricks about Cusco.

The nightshift receptionist guy that was at night dis not know what he was doing. We asked for some oxygen (wich pretty much all the inns have), and he said, "Just go to the pharmacy because I'm not a Doctor." I'm like sir, if you work in hotels or inns here in cusco, it's required to at least give the oxygen tank to the client and have some basic knowledge of turning the valve until you hear some noise. Then I asked for some ice(we needed to store insulin and keep temperature), and he said we don't have any. Then I asked about the hot water to shower, he said it's cold and you just have to play with it until you get some hot water. We literally had to play with the shower faucet for 15 mins.

Location was awesome. Right next to the main historical center and walking distance to basically everything!

The shared bathrooms were a little dirty and could definitely use more regular attention.

This hotel is more Americanized and sings That's that it makes it more familiar and easy to use

All We made a same-day booking and arrived after traveling for 3 hours. At check-in, the receptionist told us he didn’t speak English and said there was no room available for us. He also mentioned there was no option for free cancellation, so we were left to figure things out on our own — with no help from him. Other guests stepped in to help translate, and at one point, he even asked us to pay a second time. After waiting for 3 hours, his manager finally arrived. Her solution was to move us to another hotel 10 minutes away by car, which we refused. Eventually, she gave us a room at the original hotel, but shockingly, she removed the bed and refused to let us stay more than one night — even though we had booked for two. This experience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed 8 days, and it was a great bargain, really close to plaza de armas, 5 minute walk, restaurants, bars nearby.

We got the 3rd floor, so it sucked hard going up and down all the time, especially with the altitude lol

Very welcoming for a last minute booking. Clean and accommodating. Modest and tasty breakfast offering.
