Отличный отель! Вежливый персонал, вкусные завтраки, великолепное расположение!!! Третий раз в Туркестане, но благодаря этому отелю уехал с наилучшими впечатлениями от города.

"Отличный отель для семейного отдыха!"

Номера очень чистые, просторные. Попросили смежные номера, так как были с детьми - просьбу выполнили и даже открыли двери между нашими номерами. Вид из балконы был потрясающий. Шикарное расположение отеля. Задний выход сразу выходит на детскую игровую зону, дале на аллею Карван Сарай.

В одном из номеров плохо работал слив, то есть в душевой плохо уходила вода. Но так как мы были всего один день, в принципе это не было для нас дискомфортом.

The location is excellent, the breakfast was good, the beds are comfortable, the stuff was helpful. There is a free access to the spa.

The spa is located in another hotel. The chair in the room was dirty. Overall, the cleanness of the rooms is average.
