Location was good and getting in and out was simple. Check in and out instructions were very simple and straight forward
No fans in any bedrooms so gets pretty warm, the shower heads need to be replaced they are pretty old and not the best. We couldn't find the TV remote and even after asking the host for help we never got a response so we were unable to use the TV which wasn't the nicest after a long day to just sit and relax.

We had a wonderful stay here. The home was spotlessly clean, comfortable and perfectly set up for a relaxing visit. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, making it easy to settle in right away. The location was peaceful yet close to cafes, parks and the Mount — ideal for us. Sandy was exceptionally welcoming and went out of her way to make sure we felt at home. Her hospitality and attention to detail stood out. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tauranga or Matua.

Absolutely loved this beautiful home very nice, clean & tidy had so much room really enjoyed our stay 😊
It got a little cold in the evening's an extra heater for the hall way or master bedroom would of been cosy also a large outdoor umbrella would of been nice to enjoy sun more on the grass or deck. However can't fault the place was lovely

The location was quiet and quite homely, walks to the beach were amazing when it was sunny and driving was easy,not too far away from anything small or convenient.
Driving to and from was a haste during peak traffic hours but it's expected
