The property was spotless clean.
Tv was not set up for free to air TV 1 & 2. The TV remote buttons stick causing difficulty in use and TV display has pixels damage showing- could do with replacing. Towels could used some conditioner so they are softer.

It was clean and nice. Well organized and renovated house.
But the bedrooms were cold at night, because it's still winter and was rainy at Saturday night. Small heater or electric blankets will be much better to make the rooms warm. Living room was warm with heat pump.

Great location, nice and tidy house. Well kept and lovely stocked kitchen.
Had to use some blankets from the spare bed as the bedding on the single bed wasn’t very warm.

There was few small details I think would've made it so much better. Like a bin in the bathroom

A comfortable and well equipped house. Sandy was responsive and helpful as we were planning our trip. Tauranga was a lovely place to stay and a great base to explore the North island.
