Excellent location near to everything Georgetown has to offer
Tiny bedroom with just an old bed in it. Bathroom no more than a toilet with a cold shower stuck in the corner. No toiletries. No refriderator for keeping any cold drinks. No daily housekeeping. No comfort. Booked 5 nights checked out after 3 nights. Update: I didnt leave Penang early. I checked into another hotel. When I asked for a refund I got a 3 word reply SORRY NO REFUNDS.

Good location. AC in bedroom worked well and was quite. Staff was nice, and they provided some water in the room. If you want more it's easy to buy from them at a discount. Place is a good value for what you get.
Like many bathrooms in Asia, this one didn't have a split, so the floor gets wet in the whole bathroom.

Absolutely perfect place to stay, the room is so so nice, and its very spacious! Theres a separate room with multiple desks & 2 chairs. Lots of water is provided and even powdered drinks to try out. It’s very clean, very quiet and super central all at an affordable price and the owners are super nice too:) felt really safe as a solo female traveller during my stay here. Highly recommend. Also a 5 min walk from the bus station where you can grab a bus to pretty much anywhere for like 1.40RM. Would definitely stay here again!

Great size room even for 5 people. Comfortable beds, bottles of water and nice and clean. Good location - near to the food market, malls, and various street art streets. Staff were friendly and allowed us to leave our bags before check in.
The bathroom had a dreadful smell, possibly a blocked drain. It was really unpleasant.
