The location is top notch, right in the middle of Georgetown. A famous night market street just down the road. It couldnt get any better! The room is perfect for family or friend groups who dont mind staying in the same room for a lower price. The room is clean. The wifi is BLAZING fast. It certainly is not a five star hotel, but it is very decent and worth its price. Especially for those who dont mind a "homestay" experience. Overall would recommend!

It's a nice place. Very clear n quite place. My kids are so happy. The location near to laundry self services, near to foods, near to terminal bus, in the area of Georgetown. Eventhough stay at 1 room but we felt so comfy. Must try !!!

Superb location. Mall, launderette and shops are all nearby and walking distance. Staff very friendly and courteous. Wifi signal is strong and fast.

Very spacious family room above a shop. Great location as it is within 5 minutes walk of Prangin Mall and Komtar, and 2 minutes from hawker stalls, about 8 minutes from Penang Road cendol, etc. Early check-in wasn't allowed but we were allowed to leave luggage in the reception area, and we were also allowed to leave luggage after check-out as well.

Although description said it was 3 single beds and a double bed, the room we were given only had 2 single and 1 double beds but it was fine because we checked in as a couple with 2 teenage kids. Sink in shower/toilet area was leaking badly and there was a bucket underneath to catch the water. There was shampoo and something called hair glossy but no shower gel or soap was provided. It would be good if a shower curtain was installed so the toilet area didn't get wet after someone showers. Also a mirror above sink would be good.
