"Restful at Rowsley."

Pleasant, friendly staff, a lovely, quiet room and great vegan food.

Junior suite had a rather small bathroom but it was well equipped and beautifully clean.

Hotel B&B excellent value for money. Staff were all delightful, and very well trained. Only negative was the price of teh food in the restaurant - which was expensive, but very good

Only the cost of the evening meal. everything else was superb!

"A Christmas treat gor myself and my husband which we throughly enjoyed."

Food lovely particularly the breakfast. A nice cosy hotel, bar was warm and inviting. Staff were all polite attentive and friendly.

Quality of rooms, building, and food.

As it was just a week before Xmas, and the building is more than 300 years old, we felt there could have been much more of a Christmassy atmosphere, more Xmas decorations etc. That was a little disappointing.
