Comfortable, extremely clean, well laid out, all amenities. Everything one would need supplied. Check in and out smooth and easy, great communication. Cannot fault our experience

The smell outside was off putting. The key lock box needs attention was very difficult to open and close.

Had a lovely weekend at this lodge just come back .lodge was beautiful and clean .lovely location .very quiet if you require a relaxing weekend .lvly walks all around .great for dogs very dog friendly. Very close to shops in woodhall spa. Bonus having jubilee park very close to go for a swim and great for kids .highly recommend.

The awful smell from the drains outside. Had to keep the windows and doors shut so the smell didnt come inside

The lodge was the first one on site so super easy to find with own reserved parking. The owners had left dog treats, bowls and blankets (so we could cover the furniture). The lodge was spotlessly clean and had everything needed for a short break. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are modern, kitchen had everything and included an air fryer which was a bonus! The key box was simple to use. We did trip the electricity as we had too many appliances on at once but the warden came straight away and sorted it out. Siobhan and Max were available to us for any other help we needed.

I loved that the property had everything you could possibly need already there for you! was perfect for a little getaway. There was a slight bin smell outside the property at times but wasn’t too bad. I also feel like the outside seating area could have been brushed down before we got there but didn’t bother us too much. Other than those small things, everything was perfect!
