Very friendly and helpful host and her dog. 😁 Great secure location. Walking distance to shops, supermarkets, restaurants and V & A waterfront.

The location is perfect. 100% The room was very nice and quiet 100% Nice big rooms 100% The bedding was clean. Felt very safe, car wash safe too! 100%

The smell of cigarette smoke!! HORRENDOUS. The owner is lovely, but the smoking penetrates the whole building! It’s terrible and is the first thing that hits you as you enter Dale Court. A huge disappointment for us! 0% The breakfast is fine, but would be very nice and easy to offer filter coffee - not are hard thing to do in a city like Cape Town. Thank goodness was for the decent coffee shops/bakery round the corner. Honey would also be a good thing to add to the condiments. 30% The staff are VERY unfriendly and unaccommodating and it’s hit or miss how they clean your room, and change the towels. 0% The windows in the rooms were filthy covered in bird poo - so the view of the mountain was impossible! 0% The aircon made such a noise we couldn’t use it. The shower (in bath) was more than useless! 1. Hardly enough pressure to have a shower. 2. Drenched the whole bathroom, 3. Terribly dangerous to climb in and out of! 4. The second room’s shower was full of mould. 5. Towels are far too small! 0% The whole place needs some TLC! And staff training - it is In a PERFECT venue and has so much potential - sadly I would not recommend it to my friends, sorry

I'm terrified of dog,they have loose big dog at reception and the bed was small in size

The place has a great location, there are planty of reastaurant within 5 min. Taking "uber" it is easy to access beaches or Table Mountain. The Waterfront in walking distance.
