BREAKFAST WAS GOOD AND LOCATION GREAT

Location excellent 10minutes walk to V&A waterfront. Staff pleasant and welcoming, especially lady that prepares breakfast.

It actually ticked all boxes for me. I'm glad I chose them, will choose them again.

Breakfast was really poor. There was only a choice of two teas (breakfast tea or rooibos), the orange juice was actually water with orange squash, on one occasion the milk had gone bad. For those who dont like the traditional english breakfast (eggs, bacon, sausage) there were no biscuits or croissants, just bread and jam sachets and stale cereals.

Very friendly staff. Willing to help and go the extra mile. Location was excellent as far as the UCT Business school was concerned. Walking distance to the beach and Close to Greenpoint park as well!

Not enough electrical outlets in the room.

Loved our stay here. Our first time to South Africa; felt very welcomed by the host and staff were very helpful. Breakfast was wholesome to start the day. Location is great too. Property is safe and very clean.

There was an odd smell occasionally, perhaps the drainage.

Good location and clean - I stayed here many years ago so good to know it is still going.

Coffee at breakfast was really not good and I’m afraid I found it somewhat overpriced in comparison to other similar offerings - though of course I understand that it is currently high season.
