Serendipity ~ Romantic Hideaway in Ambleside

The decor was lovely, very cosy too. Excellent location. Easy instructions and good communication from the owner too.

The layout of the apartment was great and had everything you could possibly need.

Just need an additional heater to plug in for cold winter after a wet walk.

Location, view, decor, spaciousness, decent shower.

Communal hallway outside of the flat was a bit tired and in need of some minor repairs.

Lovely apartment with amazing views over Ambleside and the romantic mist-topped hills beyond. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. It was great to have a kitchenette and living space so we could make our own breakfast and relax on the sofa enjoying the view. I loved having a lift that made it easy to get our luggage to the apartment. It was very convenient having a designated parking space that was included in the price. Walking distance down to the gorgeous town centre. The apartment was well appointed and we had everything we needed. The inclusion of a small bottle of wine was a nice touch. The building is secure, with an access code to enter.

The location. Literally just a 5 minute walk down the hill to the centre of Ambleside . The view was gorgeous overlooking the town . The reserved parking on site was great too and communication with the owner was fantastic .
