Brand New Large Studio

the apartment is beautiful, has everything you need, in an ideal location & the host is very helpful. will definitely stay here again.

I really liked everything about the place it was what I was looking for,but the TV wouldn't connect but a call through and nothing was done about email as well and I was totally ignored 🙃. That wasn't nice atall.

Their customers service was poor

Advertised as brand new but it is not, the mattress was disgusting both sides, so were the pillows, every wall was filthy, there were holes in the wall, furniture was dirty and scuffed, TV remote did not work and no way on using TV, hall way smelt really bad of stale cigars and cannabis, staff did respond quickly, however when we asked for a partial refund as we had to eat out instead of cooking, we were met with silence.

The location. The customer was brilliant and helpful.

Not to clear where to park a car, no tea towel, table full dust no evidence of being cleaned. The bedding was old and smelly. Only 2 very old and flat pillows.

Quite impressed tbh, very clean and nicely decorated,, the whole process was smooth straightforward, communicaton from the host was top notch will deffo use again.
