The general state of this property is not acceptable, pls see attached. I chose this apartment because the description stated that it had parking, there is no parking.

Lovely clean studio, comfy bed, had everything we needed, great location, parking on premise was so easy, the host was so helpful & prompt with our questions, I will definitely be booking again! Thank you

Property was nice but didnt sleep as there was music blastic through the walls all night

The fact residents are allowed to have music blasting till all hours

Lovely apartment, spacious and clean.

It was a reasonable size

There was no parking nearby. The streets were covered in litter and broken window glass suggesting lots of attempted car thefts. There seemed to be prostitution going on in one of the flats. Was it student accommodation ? The double bed was small and s see mashed in a corner so one of us had to climb over the other to get in and out. The only cooking equipment was one saucepan so I had to make coffee in that ( a bit grainy!). The T V didn’t seem to have access to free channels- we have no paying subscriptions.

Great location for where we were heading (City Hall which was a 20 minute walk away) and the price was competitive compared to other city centre options.

We were advised that the property came with parking which was the main reason we booked it, but this turned out to be just on the street rather than in a car park or allocated as we had understood. We were lucky to find a non-permit holder space when we arrived due to relaxed permissions at the weekend. Mid-week guests will struggle. The flat itself, whilst being clean, really smelled bad (stale food). An air freshener or open window would have helped. The bed is squashed into an alcove meaning one person is sleeping against a wall and has to climb over the other to get in and out.
