"An excellent bolt hole for Exeter city centre for 2!"

Excellent location.

A little small. But adequate for 2. Our daughter also stayed, so it made it snug. And the bathroom is off the main bedroom. So I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone who isn’t family or who needs privacy.

The flat is beautiful - particularly the balcony, is centrally located and has everything you need. The bed is very comfortable.
