Beautiful City Centre Flat with Free Parking

The balcony was so charming and unique. We had our tea and breakfast there, sheer joy. The location is central and convenient, yet it's situated on a quiet street. There is free parking at the back, very considerate and appropriate. Apartment is clean, comfortable and well decorated.

The property was like a home from home for me. Very comfortable and well thought out.

I absolutely loved my stay at this property. We came for my nan’s birthday, it was her first time staying away from home and she absolutely fell in love with the place. The interior decorating is extremely tasteful and Georgie is an extremely helpful and responsive host. The property is in a convenient location that is close to both Exeter St. David’s and Exeter Central and has a set of games which make for good evening entertainment when you are done exploring the town. This property also has the benefit of being close to the main town but just off from it enough that it is extremely peaceful and quiet. I really enjoyed the sofa bed, it was actually more comfortable than my bed at home! And the little glass section at the front of the flat is just beautiful. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable stay.

Beautiful period property

Absolutely nothing

We loved staying at this beautiful apartment, it’s central position was perfect for transport links, a stones throw away from many bars,restaurants and shops -the historic sights were all within easy walking distance. The apartment was spotlessly clean, it had all the amenities you could want, a real home from home feel. The bed and pillows were particularly comfortable and luxurious. The apartment is blessed with an amazing glass conservatory to the front of the building which was an absolute joy to relax in. We would definitely return and recommend to our friends and family. Georgie was a fabulous host, available and helpful throughout our stay.

Nothing to dislike

The location, comfortable. Clean and nicely furnished.

3 people but only 2 dinner plates? Had to eat of side plate. Surely should have a few spare. Booked because had a washing machine and tumble dryer. We're not told they we not working until moved in. Very disappointing as do not want to spend time sitting at laundromat. We had no time booked because it had these things. Would never have booked if no washing machine avail.. No parking avail, had to circle 3 or 4 times to get a parking. Then park up road and have to go later to move car nearer..deceiving. Hamper pictured was exaggerated as not anything like we received. ...deceiving.. Felt like had over paid and were under whelmed. Should not show hamper and say parking only if road not busy. A disappointing stay.
