Beautiful City Centre Flat with Free Parking

It was in a great location for what we wanted

Thought check out at 10am was early.

Lovely old property with modern facilities. Comfy bed and bedding. Well equipped. For a city centre location it was nice and quiet. Literally 5 minute walk to the high street.

Parking instructions were very confusing but Georgia responded quite quickly to text messages. On the map ‘R court’ is shown in 2 places and you can’t get to it if you’re at the flat facing toward D’s hill… you need to be at the top end of R. Road to turn behind the houses… so directions given only worked if you weren’t already at the apartment dropping bags off.

Very well appointed, clean and comfortable with nice touches such as tea and coffee. Really convenient for accessing the city.

We had a wonderful stay in Exeter and couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable experience. The accommodation was spotless, cosy, and thoughtfully set up, making it feel like a home away from home. The bed was especially comfortable, which made a big difference after long days. The location was also a real highlight, incredibly convenient for getting around, with easy access to the city centre, shops and restaurants. Everything I needed was within walking distance, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

Beautiful and unigue apartment. Everything you need for an excellent stay, a very short stroll into the centre of Exeter. Georgie and Erin very helpful in sorting out any queries or problems. Easy to find and check in with the information provided by Georgie. Highly recommended.

Microwave was a bit temperamental, but we eventually got the hang of it. Nothing to dislike at all,
