Beautiful City Centre Flat with Free Parking

Excellent location. Walking distance from city centre but also peaceful and quiet. Free parking at rear. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice toiletries. Loved reading my book with a coffee in the conservatory in the mornings. Cereal, tea and coffee provided. Host was excellent and very helpful.

No drawer space in bedroom so had to have 2 cases on the floor all the time (although appreciate there isn’t space in the bedroom). Lack of ventilation made it a little uncomfortable in hot weather though helped if we shut the conservatory doors. Only one window that opens in the flat and it wouldn’t stay up, if tried to open it a little it slid down.

Lovely and well appointed, this is the perfect spot for a night, weekend, a working week, or more. Walkable to everything that matters, including transit up the hill to University campus. The enclosed balcony is a treat.

Public areas of the building could be cleaner; bedside lights poor for reading; bed a little soft (mattress needs turning?); TV difficult to use

Well conceived flat with all the necessary basics and more. Cosy and curated by someone with impeccable style.

Parking conditions not ideal with a long walk from parking spot. Not the most salubrious area of Exeter, the locals kept warning me not to leave my bike unattended for a second.

It is a cosy unusual flat. The Balcony is very very nice, It is a shame the windows are sealed! The living room is spacious and the kitchen super equipped, with excellent olive oil and selection of teas!

There was no direct access to the parking at the rear - you had to walk round the block. But it wasn’t a major problem snd it wouldn’t dissuade us from staying here again.

The apartment was very comfortable and well located. It had everything that we needed for our stay.

Bed the middle was where the singles were joined lumpy. Also the only window where you could get fresh air wouldn’t stay up. I had to prop it up.
